What is this project about?

VOIDBOUND is an OC project made by 4 people: Merenq/cosmicTangent, Clement/ethanolEntomologist, Exxcidio and LazyDes, and was started in July 2025.

VOIDBOUND originally started just as a group of OCs made by Merenq, Clement and Exxcidio, inspired by Nullscape on Roblox. But soon after taking inspirations from other media like Made in Abyss, Blame!, Abyss World, Gachiakuta and real life phenomenons like the deep sea and extinct creatures (as well as taking inspiration from preexisting characters), the project has developed into something much bigger with thorough lore that is actively being worked on.

A lot of the lore was made by Merenq and Clement, and LazyDes was added to the team on 28th of January 2026 due to having interest in the project and greatly helping with developing the lore.

VOIDBOUND is an open project, so you're free to make your own characters, as long as they comply with the lore! We'd love to see your characters.
